Customer Relationship Management technology has existed for over three decades. And, we’ve been experts at it for almost that entire time.
Our HISTORY
CRMBloom’s founder, Amy Murray, spent the first half of her career honing her customer relationship management skills at top-notch organizations such as Nordstrom, Computer Intelligence (acquired by Ziff Davis and Harte-Hanks) and Peregrine Systems as well as web application security startups acquired by Citrix—before launching her own practice in 2007. By the end of 2008, she had become one of the first 500 experts in the world to be certified in Salesforce technology, and has been a Salesforce Registered Partner for over a decade.
Today, the business Amy founded is CRMBloom, a name which reflects a passion shared by every organization we serve, namely, the desire to bloom. Working across many industries, especially High Tech, Financial Services, Professional Services and Manufacturing, we focus primarily on helping small-to-medium sized businesses, and the leaders of those organizations thrive.
Our COMMITMENT
Our technical credentials in the science of CRM only tell half the story of CRMBloom. The other part of the equation is our company philosophy. We believe a successful business isn’t just built on data and science. We know it’s an art to take complex, technical information and simplify it so it can be put to use quickly to enhance the customer experience.
We firmly believe in the importance of delivering a fantastic customer experience, and will not only enable you to gather the data you need, but also show you how to use that information to delight customers and grow your business. And, because we want to keep your business blooming well into the future, we also provide training and coaching to make sure you’re using the technologies we created to their best advantage going forward. It’s all part of our commitment to put our expertise to work to make the future of your business even brighter.
Our PROMISE
At CRMBloom, we believe success breeds success, and we feel best when we’re helping others perform to their abilities. That goes for our clients, but also our community as participants in the Pledge 1% movement. We vow to donate 1% of our time contributing to nonprofits in communities where we live.
It’s all part of us putting our hearts into our business, and our community.
